Return Policy

You can return items within 60 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in the same new condition as they were received. They must also be in their original packaging and with all product tags attached. Please ensure the item is properly packed for return so that it arrives to us in undamaged condition.

The cost of making a return is €9, which covers the return shipping. The €9 will be deducted from the amount we refund to you.

How to Make a Return

1) Pack the item(s) securely. We suggest using the original shipping box or a similar one.

2) Create a return label by selecting your country below and following the instructions.

3) You will then receive an email with a return label. Print the return label and attach it to the package.

4) Hand the return parcel in at a GLS ParcelShop of your choice. GLS will collect and return it to us, which usually takes 5-10 business days.

5) Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days.
