EU Delivery

We ship to the following countries within the EU, in addition to Denmark:

Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden.

We ship orders with GLS. In most countries, you can choose between home delivery or delivery to a GLS ParcelShop of your choice. In Sweden and Luxembourg, the only available option is delivery to a GLS ParcelShop.

Orders are shipped from our location in Denmark.

How much does EU shipping cost?

We offer free EU shipping on orders above €200. For orders less than that, EU shipping is €8,95. 

How long does EU delivery take?

Delivery to EU countries typically takes 3-5 business days.

We ship orders all business days. If you place an order before 12:00 PM (Danish time) on a business day, we do our very best to ship it the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

After your order has been dispatched, delivery to EU countries typically takes 2-3 business days.

If the shipment of your order is delayed, we will contact you.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email from us with a GLS parcel number, which you can use to track the parcel after it has been dispatched.
