Delivery

Which delivery methods do you offer?

Orders sent to Sweden will be delivered to a GLS ParcelShop of your choice. Home delivery is not available, as this service is not offered by GLS in Sweden.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery to Sweden typically takes 3-6 business days.

We ship orders all business days. If you place an order before 12:00 PM on a business day, we do our very best to ship it the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to Sweden on orders above 2 000 SEK. For orders less than that, shipping is 59 SEK.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email from us with a GLS parcel number, which you can use to track the shipment after it has been dispatched.

If you do not receive this email, please contact us by sending an email to kundeservice@packsmart.dk.

My Order

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

The order confirmation might have landed in your spam folder. If it’s not there either, it’s likely due to an error in the email address provided during checkout. Please email kundeservice@packsmart.dk, and we’ll update your email address in our system.

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to kundeservice@packsmart.dk or by calling us at +45 30 40 80 72.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Danish customers also have the option to pay with Dankort and MobilePay.

When will you charge the purchase amount to my card?

We will charge the purchase amount once we have shipped your order. Until the order is shipped, the amount will be reserved on your card.

Returns

How long is my right to return?

You can return items within 60 days of receiving your order.

How do I make a return?

1) Pack the item(s) you would like to return securely. We suggest using the original shipping box or a similar one.

2) Create a return label on our Return Portal for Sweden.

3) You will then receive an email with a return label. Print the return label and attach it to the package.

4) Hand the return parcel in at a GLS Parcel Shop of your choice. GLS will collect and return it to us, which usually takes 5-10 business days.

5) Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days.

What does it cost to make a return?

For Swedish customers, the cost of making a return is 69 SEK, which covers the return shipping. The 69 SEK will be deducted from the amount we refund to you.

When will I receive my refund?

After you drop off your return parcel at the service point, it usually takes 5-10 business days to reach us. Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days.

Can I exchange an item?

If you would like a different item, you will need to return the original one for a refund and then place a new order.
