Delivery
We ship to the following countries within the EU:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden.
We ship parcels with GLS. In most countries, you can choose between home delivery or delivery to a GLS ParcelShop of your choice. In Sweden and Luxembourg, the only available option is delivery to a GLS ParcelShop. Orders are shipped from our location in Denmark, and tracking information is sent to you when your order is ready for dispatch.
Shipping to Denmark costs 19 DKK if you choose delivery to a GLS ParcelShop, or 39 DKK if you opt for delivery to a private or business address. Shipping is free on orders above 499 DKK when delivered to a GLS ParcelShop. Delivery to Denmark typically takes 1-3 business days.
Shipping to Sweden costs 59 SEK and is free on orders above 2 000 SEK. Delivery to Sweden typically takes 3-6 business days.
Shipping to other EU countries costs €8,95 and is free on orders above €200. EU delivery usually takes 3-6 business days.
Returns
You can return items within 60 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in the same new condition as they were received. They must also be in their original packaging and with all product tags attached. Please ensure the item is properly packed for return so that it arrives to us in undamaged condition.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Danish customers also have the option to pay with Dankort and MobilePay.
We will not charge the purchase amount until your order has been shipped. Until then, the amount will be reserved on your card.
All prices are including VAT and excluding delivery.
Complaints
As prescribed by EU regulation, you have the right to file a complaint within 24 months. If your complaint is justified, you may be entitled to have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or to receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must file the complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. If you file the complaint within two months of discovering the defect, it will always be considered within a reasonable time. If the complaint is justified, we will cover your shipping costs. The item must be returned in suitable packaging.
